Termination of membership and lapsed membership
These documents describe how members can suspend their membership and what happens when membership ends
Key points of these policies:
- Members should inform us ASAP if they wish to suspend their membership as we may not be able to offer refunds
- Completion of a short reapplication form will be required after any suspension ends
- Members can choose to suspend their membership for up to 12 months. In exceptional circumstances this may be extended to 18 months
- After this time, they will have to reapply using the current process and criteria (see our lapsed membership process)
